V1 LP Fees
Last updated: [May 15th, 2026]
This page describes the previous nad.fun LP fee model.
For the current V2 fee structure, see [Fees Overview].
In the previous model, after a token graduated from the bonding curve, nad.fun provided liquidity on Capricorn CLMM DEX.
LP fees earned by nad.fun’s protocol-provided liquidity were shared between the token creator and the nad.fun Ecosystem Vault.
This model was designed to reward creators after graduation and support long-term ecosystem growth.
How the V1 LP fee model worked
After graduation:
The token moved from the bonding curve to DEX liquidity.
nad.fun provided liquidity on Capricorn CLMM DEX 1% Liquidity Pool.
External LPs could also provide liquidity to the same market.
LP fees were earned based on each LP’s share of active liquidity.
Capricorn DEX took a 15% protocol fee from the LP fees earned.
The remaining LP fees earned by nad.fun’s protocol-provided liquidity were split between the token creator and the Ecosystem Vault.
1% fee distribution
This distribution applied only to LP fees earned by nad.fun’s protocol-provided liquidity.
External LPs could also provide liquidity to the market and earn fees based on their own share of active liquidity.
After Capricorn DEX’s 15% protocol fee, the remaining LP fees earned by nad.fun’s protocol-provided liquidity were split as follows:
Token Creator
50%
Protocol Fee
50%
Creator Fees
Under the legacy model, token creators received 50% of the remaining LP fees earned by nad.fun’s protocol-provided liquidity after Capricorn DEX’s protocol fee.
The goal was to reward creators who continued building after graduation.
FAQ *Community Takeover (CTO) requests can be submitted through a Discord ticket. Takeovers are only considered when the community shows consistent community activity and the original creator has been inactive for an extended period. All decisions are made solely at NadFun's discretion—we are strict on this policy. *previous sell fees will either be used for token specific incentives campaigns or gradually liquidated for general onboarding campaigns.
